Rauda AI raises €520K to expand its AI platform for customer service

Rauda AI is a platform of artificial intelligence agents specialized in customer service. Its AI-powered solution automates complex use cases, improving customer satisfaction. The funding round is backed by Demium Capital, JME Ventures, Fides Capital, and Juanjo Mostazo as new investors, joining early backers François Derbaix and AIAIAI. With this investment, Rauda AI’s total funding reaches €820K since its launch.
