Blind tests are regularly conducted. Customer support agents evaluate both the AI’s and the humans’ responses without knowing their source. On average, human agents answer correctly 68–75% of the time, while Rauda’s AI agents reach 85–95% accuracy.
Rauda’s AI agents integrate seamlessly with existing ticket management platforms, currently handling text-based channels such as email, chat, WhatsApp, and web forms.
